Jillian R. Falt
Jillian R. Falt, Esq., an Associate at the White Plains office of Friedman & Friedman PLLC, handles a diverse array of family and matrimonial law matters. Her practice includes pre- and post-nuptial agreements, separation agreements, equitable distribution, spousal support, child support, post-judgment modifications and enforcement, family offense matters, and child custody and access. She is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut, also admitted before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York (SDNY), the U.S. Tax Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, and the U.S. Navy-Marine Corps Court of Criminal Appeals.

Ms. Falt earned her Juris Doctor from Pace University Elisabeth Haub School of Law. During her time in law school, she gained critical experience working as a Judicial Extern in the New York State Court System at the Bronx County Supreme Court for the Honorable Elizabeth A. Taylor. This opportunity that provided a wealth of valuable knowledge and acute insight into the Court’s inner workings. Additionally, she was actively involved in various student organizations throughout her time in law school.
