Judith A. Ackerman has over forty years of legal expertise with extensive experience litigating complex matrimonial matters. Ms. Ackerman's practice encompasses all aspects of divorce and family law, including pre and post-nuptial agreements, divorces and family law (concerning custody, visitation, support and equitable distribution), appeals, modification issues, and post-judgment enforcement proceedings, legal separation and relocation matters.

Ms. Ackerman is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School, where she was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. She was a paralegal for the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct. She is a history honors graduate of New York University.

Ms. Ackerman has been selected to "Super Lawyers" since 2022.
