There are three courthouses found throughout the county and you’ll likely need to travel to the one closest to you in order to complete your task. Here is where you can find each of the three family law courthouses, as well as a few travel tips you can follow to reach each of them.

This courthouse is home to four judges and handles a wide array of family law matters. The courthouse is completely ADA-accessible and can easily be reached by both the Bee-Line bus system and the Metro-North. It’s also quite easy to reach by car due to its central location in the middle of White Plains—you can find the driving directions here on the courthouse’s website. While there is no parking directly in front of the courthouse, there are municipal lots located close by that are easily accessible.
Yonkers Family Court

This is the newest court location in the county, having just recently moved from its previous residence. Despite the fact that the courthouse is on the third floor of the building, it is ADA accessible, and is also easily accessed by public transportation on both the Bee-Line bus system and through the Metro-North. Parking is fairly simple and straightforward: there are municipal lots nearby that can be utilized.

This courthouse is home to just two judges, making it the smallest of the three courthouses in Westchester County. There is a municipal lot on the property for parking as well as street parking available along Rochelle Place if the lot is full. Its convenient location makes it a breeze to reach on both the Bee-Line bus system and Metro-North public transportation options. This building is also ADA accessible.
